The Victoria Hotel - London

Perfect, fairly clean place with friendly efficient and extremely helpful staff from "depressed " member of staff. Marvellous and superb breakfast with a huge variety of savoury food. Residential location, not very far from a Richmond park.

Beds were a bit hard.

The units are modern, huge.

Ideal hotel, all of the staff were obliging and courteous, brilliant location in residential area. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was quiet with comfortable bed.

The room was cozy and clean, and the garden out back is a beautiful spot to unwind after a long day. We even enjoyed a drink there while soaking in the cozy ambiance! Special shoutout to the wonderfully inviting decor, it really sets the mood for relaxation.

Stumbled upon some fab dining options nearby, like Lal Bagh and Faanoos, serving up fresh flavors! The double room was a cozy spot to crash after a day out.

The bar area was a bit grimy and the water supply was dodgy. Plus, the gates were left wide open.

My recent stay was fantastic! The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the variety of local jams and fresh fruits. I loved the cozy decor of the room, very stylish and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helped with meal allergies.

Got to check in early, and the room was charming and super clean. Dinner was delish and the super nice team, especially Natalie who got us a taxi just right. Just a little noisy in the morning due to kids, but overall it was fab! Loved the cozy bar area too.

I noticed that the gates left open created a sense of unease regarding security while also affecting my peace of mind when returning after night out. Lastly, the dining area was poorly managed, resulting in significant delays that left many of us waiting far too long without orders being taken attention to.

Convenient location for visiting local attractions, with a clean room well-stocked with refreshments. The continental breakfast was a treat on Sunday but disappointing to find no service on Monday. Some initial room issues were handled promptly by staff, who were consistently friendly and courteous throughout the stay.

For a quiet escape with good food

The room was clean and the bed very comfy which, after a long day, was just what we needed. One of the staff even brought us pastries and tea to take with us when we had to leave early, a thoughtful touch that showed they care.
